Apex Photography LLC owns the Copyrights to all images and videography unless otherwise stated. When paying for Real Estate Photography and Videography Services from Apex Photography LLC you and/or your brokerage are purchasing a License to use those images and/or videos for the purpose of selling/advertising the applicable property. For any other use (anything that is NOT intended to help sell the property), permission must be given by Apex Photography LLC, the Copyright holder. This is a standard stipulation amongst Real Estate Photographers.
